Job Summary

The Contract Administration Lead oversees a team to guarantee seamless contract-related activity execution and implementation. The role involves managing stakeholders, distributing workloads, addressing queries, and resolving issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met daily.
  • Domain expertise in Agri-contracts with the ability to share knowledge with the team.
  • Supervision and coordination with the team on daily activities.
  • First point of contact for the team handling queries, issues, and concerns effectively.
Additional Accountabilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance checks are in place.
  • Control mechanisms, quality checks, process management, and proposing solutions.
  • Timely filing of documents according to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in handling entry and issuance of commodity contracts for bulk and container shipments of Agri-commodities.
  • Good understanding of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts, rules, and Incoterms.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under time pressure.
