
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate - Deal Value Creation Services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs.
You will conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking, analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.
The successful candidate will assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing "Day 1 Activities" for seamless business transitions. They will also support deal execution by providing timely and accurate data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Design and implement comprehensive MIS frameworks
