Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing self-awareness, personal strengths, and addressing development areas through feedback and reflection.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the chosen domain and demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop Proof of Concept/Point of View for integrating emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and others with product platforms.
  • Mentoring junior resources within the team, conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS), and sharing lessons learned.
  • Being flexible and adaptable in stretch opportunities and assignments.
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Reviewing ticket quality and deliverables, and providing status reports for projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and having experience in incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Reviewing work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Utilizing tools effectively and explaining reasons for their choice.
  • Seeking and embracing opportunities that provide exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively when influencing and connecting with others.
  • Modifying behavior to build quality relationships and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Demonstrating leadership capabilities by working directly with clients and leading engagements.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Contributing to Centre of Excellence (COE) activities and taking on cross-competency work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience on the SD module in Support/Implementation projects. They should have experience with ECC 6 and S/4 HANA, and be proficient in configuring/defining the following in the SD module:

  • SAP SD - Order Management
  • SAP SD - Various Pricing techniques
  • SAP SD - Delivery
  • SAP SD - Shipment
  • SAP SD - Billing
  • SAP SD - Outputs/BRF+ controls
  • SAP SD - Credit Management
  • SAP SD - Sales business process such as Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Cash Sales, Rush orders, Individual purchase orders, Stock Transport orders

They should also have strong experience in interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with necessary technical knowledge, and excellent skills in Project Management, Functional business analysis, and development methodologies.
