  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles through multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, social media, professional networks, and talent pools.
  • Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, enhancing the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on managing talent acquisition portfolios, driving strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
