Tender Executive Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to lead our bidding process for building design and structural projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing the tendering process, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Manage end-to-end tendering processes for building design and structural projects.
  • Ensure compliance with scope of works by analyzing tender documentation and requirements.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, project managers to gather relevant project data.
  • Draft, compile, and submit tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

Collaboration and Communication


The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and possess strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders. They will also be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a tendering or bidding role, ideally in the construction, building design, or structural sector.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, building codes, and industry standards.
