Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Upwork Bid Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Upwork Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing bid processes, preparing tenders, writing proposals, and handling all aspects of tender management. The role requires effective communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Bid Processes and Tender Management
  • Skills in Bid Preparation and Proposal Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
