Grievance Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Grievance Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a fair, transparent, and compliant work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care. Your primary objective will be to investigate grievances, identify solutions, and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Conduct thorough investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  • Mediate between parties to reach mutually acceptable resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
  • Develop and maintain effective grievance handling procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
  • Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
