Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to spearhead the growth of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and project management consultants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Developing innovative strategies to enhance business development efforts, including networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Providing exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English to facilitate effective interactions with clients and teams.
  • Coordinating between clients and various teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in furniture manufacturing processes and specifications.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
  • Prior experience in promoting and developing business in the architectural, PMC, furniture, and interior design industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel to manage client interactions, estimations, confirmations, and product delivery.
  • Leadership role in expanding the team with business growth, driving results through effective talent acquisition and development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of success, demonstrating the ability to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • The capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the architectural, PMC, furniture, and interior design industries is highly advantageous.
