**Senior RWE Leadership Position**

We are seeking an exceptional Senior RWE Leader to spearhead our real-world evidence generation initiatives.

About the Role

This senior-level position will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive RWE strategies, driving end-to-end processes from study conceptualization to implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced epidemiological methods, statistical analysis planning, and cohort identification algorithms.

  • Lead RWE Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive RWE strategies, including protocol development, statistical analysis planning, and implementation of complex observational studies.
  • Cohort Identification and Data Extraction: Design and implement sophisticated cohort identification algorithms using structured and unstructured data, overseeing large-scale data projects with multiple real-world data sources.
  • Advanced Statistical Methods: Guide the implementation of advanced statistical methods for confounding control and bias mitigation, overseeing the development and validation of models for patient stratification, treatment response prediction, and adverse event detection.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, evaluating and selecting fit-for-purpose data sources, analytical tools, and platforms.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and implement standard operating procedures for the RWE practice, including documentation standards, quality control processes, and validation requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Degree**: PhD, MD, or PharmD with a focus in biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
  • Health Data Science Experience**: 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in health data science and real-world evidence generation, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Observational Research Expertise**: Demonstrated expertise in observational research methodology and causal inference.
  • Leadership Skills**: Strong track record of leading complex analytical projects using healthcare databases and regulatory-grade real-world evidence studies.
