Medical Evidence Generation Leader

Job Title:
Medical Evidence Generation LeaderThis leadership position is responsible for leading the US Medical Affairs Evidence Generation function at our Hyderabad site, with a direct reporting line to the US Medical Affairs leadership team.
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee the execution of US Medical Affairs clinical studies from the Hyderabad site.
- The ideal candidate will manage Real-World Evidence analytics, economic modeling, biostatistics, and data management teams.
- The Director will establish robust local processes, team structures, and performance management systems to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of evidence generation outputs.
- This role requires close communication and alignment with US Medical Affairs leadership and US-based functional heads.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of previous work experience in multinational pharmaceutical or CRO environments.
- The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading end-to-end clinical study operations, including IITs, RCs, and NIS studies.
- A proven track record in RWE analytics, data science, economic modeling, and biostatistics is essential.
- The candidate should possess a strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance standards in EG.
- A strong business acumen and solution-orientation mindset, including budget oversight, resource planning, and P/L management, is required.
