Jewellery HR Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to drive the end-to-end human resources function for our jewellery manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the human resources team for approximately 400+ employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational culture, performance, and values.
  • Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and all MIDC and other required norms.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business objectives.
  • Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.
