Technical Director Role for AI Platform Development

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong technical background and experience in leading engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform, designing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows, and leading and mentoring a high-performing, distributed engineering team.

  • Developing and executing technical strategies to drive the growth and success of the company's AI platform.
  • Collaborating closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments.
  • Driving technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
