Data Science/AI Competency Center:
The Data Science/AI Competency Center leverages data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions. We utilize Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Machine Learning, Model Deployment, and Integration as well as Model Monitoring and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)
- Analyze and interpret findings
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations- including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
- Support Pre-sales activities and initiatives
Requirements:
- Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
- Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment
- Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector database
- Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like: NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini
Nice to Have:
- Experience in working with big data and distributed environments would be a plus
- Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision would be a big plus
General Requirements:
- Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
- Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
- Ability to lead small technical teams on projects
