Senior Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Specialist to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve decision-making.

This role focuses on advanced data analysis, bespoke report building, and dashboard development using industry-leading tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Python, SQL, and R.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Perform advanced data analysis and visualisation to uncover actionable insights that support business decision-making.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Data Engineering: Develop and maintain data pipelines and queries using SQL and Python.
  • Predictive Modelling: Apply data science techniques such as predictive modelling, classification, clustering, and regression to solve complex business problems.
  • Feature Engineering: Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning workflows.
  • Model Deployment: Build, validate, and tune machine learning models using tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks, and deploy them into production environments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data science problems and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Process Improvement: Use statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and support decision-making, and document data science workflows to maintain reproducibility of experiments and models.
  1. Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R.
  • Industry Certifications: Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), SnowPro Core Certification (Snowflake), Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, and AWS Certified: Data Analytics – Specialty.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
