Analytics Initiative Support Specialist:

We are seeking an ambitious Analytics Initiative Support Specialist to drive advanced analytics projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end analytics projects, encompassing data wrangling, model development, validation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with scientific and operational teams to identify opportunities for analytics applications in various fields.
  • Interact with domain experts and clients to understand data, business challenges, and implement robust, scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to solve real-world problems.
  • Develop predictive models for optimization and quality control.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
  • Implement AI workflows for enhancing decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 3+ years in analytics or advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cheminformatics or bioinformatics tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

  • Sound knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms and applications.
  • Expertise in the use of Python for machine learning and complex data analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of FAIR data principles and data governance.
  • Exposure to digital lab tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of Computer Vision and Gen AI approaches.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
