As a seasoned technical leader, you will drive advanced analytics solutions for enterprise clients using TIBCO Spotfire.

This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions tailored to business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams and deliver impactful data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
  • Mentor junior developers in best practices, performance optimization, and version control.
  • Engage with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Implement data integration workflows using Spotfire's scripting (IronPython, TERR) and automation services.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  • Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • 7-11 years of experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  • Strong command over Spotfire features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.
