Job Title: Supply Chain Strategist

About the Role:

This role involves leading research and analysis of existing and potential value chains in project sites. It requires designing and implementing methodologies, conducting stakeholder consultations, and generating evidence-based insights to inform promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the approach for value chain scoping and analysis with a sustainability focus.
  • Identify key stakeholder groups and develop robust field survey instruments.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and field surveys.
  • Lead technical discussions on prioritization and analysis of value chains.
  • Draft and deliver high-quality technical reports, including value chain maps and sustainability analysis.
  • Coordinate closely with consortium partners and project stakeholders throughout the assignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Business Administration, or related field.
  • English & Hindi proficiency.
  • 8 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management, and/or nature-based businesses; 5 years of experience in value chain analysis and promotion activities; at least 4 years of total experience in projects in India.
