Makrotech is seeking a highly skilled Senior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging IT professionals who are on bench and aligning their skills with suitable client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Source Qualified IT Professionals: Utilize various channels to identify and source qualified IT professionals who are on bench.
- Engage with Candidates: Engage with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess their skill sets and experience.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management Teams: Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify client requirements and align suitable candidates.
- Execute Effective Bench Sales Strategies: Execute effective bench sales strategies to place qualified IT professionals into client projects.
- Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Drive Business Growth: Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through successful placement of candidates.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Consistently provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring smooth and positive experiences.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in US IT staffing and bench sales, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
- Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong Understanding of the IT Industry: Strong understanding of the IT industry, including various technologies, trends, and skill sets in demand.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in Utilizing Recruitment and Sales Tools: Proficiency in utilizing recruitment and sales tools, such as applicant tracking systems, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Ability to Effectively Multitask: Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
- Demonstrated Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable candidate placements and client agreements.
