Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description:

As a seasoned Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to monitor and maintain stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and ensure timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track inventory using ERP Excel software systems with accuracy
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and procurement teams
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare inventory reports for management review
  • Implement cost-control measures and reduce wastage
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety compliance

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management software is an asset, but not required.
