About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our Digital Servicing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, providing world-class customer service, and resolving credit-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service customers using digital chat platforms, resolving credit concerns through education and account management.
  • Analyze customer accounts and make sound decisions to ensure we become a payer of choice.
  • Communicate effectively, recognizing tone and mood through written communication, and adapt to difficult situations with tact and empathy.

Critical Factors to Success

  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Typing speed of 25-35 words per minute, with web navigation ability and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, with a focus on delivering results and displaying personal accountability.
