We are seeking a skilled Electrical Procurement Specialist to join our team in New Delhi. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing electrical products and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine vendor suitability based on product requirements and negotiate optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Evaluate and interpret technical documents such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure purchases meet project needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate dispatches and resolve any delivery discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in electrical procurement, preferably in an electrical trading company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
