Procurement Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement technology specialist to lead and manage Coupa and SAP Ariba implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Expert Support: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Contract Management, etc.).
  • Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
  • Staying Up-To-Date: Stay updated with the latest product features and industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting, with strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations and support projects.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of procurement processes and S2P lifecycle.
  • Integration Tools: Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
