- Handle office supplies and vendor relationships to support smooth office operations.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records, to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records to provide accurate budgeting information.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
