Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, and providing accurate information about our organization's services and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide assistance and answer questions about our organization's services and policies
- Maintain reports on a daily basis and cross-check inquiries in the CRM system
- Ensure all calls and data are accurately entered into the CRM system
- Report equipment issues or malfunctions without delay
- Train new joiners on telephone etiquette
- Maintain decorum in the telephone department
- Escalate complaints or concerns to higher authorities when required

Requirements:- Minimum of fresher experience
- Graduate from any of the following: Diploma, B.Com, BA, BBA/BBM, BCA, 12th Pass (HSE)
