Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst I

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer support and resolving technical issues for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage initial inquiries and resolve relatively simple hardware, software, or network issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide remote support via various channels, including phone, screen sharing, live chat, and email, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a global service delivery team, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Solid knowledge of IT service norms, including customer satisfaction and call closure metrics, to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • A good understanding of how the IT ServiceDesk function integrates with other IT functions, enabling seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • An aptitude to analyze situations, make informed decisions, and apply Arrow procedures accordingly.
  • Prior experience with Oracle ERP environment and voice support in a global setup is highly desirable.
