Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work closely with stakeholders, and have experience in tracking and communicating team metrics. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of business analysis principles and be able to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Remove impediments and foster a self-organizing team environment.
  • Track and communicate team velocity, burndown, and other metrics to stakeholders.

Business Analyst Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.
