We are seeking a visionary Quality Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing quality KPIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Utilize analytical skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance key quality metrics such as NPS, CSAT and FCR.
  • Manage Quality Frameworks: Develop and implement robust quality frameworks that establish clear correlations between quality metrics and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate Interventions: Conduct thorough evaluations of quality interventions to determine their effectiveness and impact on quality metrics.
  • Process Control & Compliance: Drive process control and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge Consistency: Ensure knowledge consistency across teams through calibration sessions, quizzes and other methods.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate quality strategies and initiatives effectively.
  • Floor Support & Training: Provide quality floor support, deliver feedback and conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Certification: Green Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with industry-specific tools and technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • People Management: Strong people management skills with the ability to handle clients, stakeholders and peers effectively.
  • Analytical & Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with the capacity to interpret data insights.
  • Problem Solving: Process-oriented with strong planning, decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Industry Tools: Familiarity with T&TQ systems, tools and technologies.
  • Adaptability: Flexible to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong organizational and presentation skills.
