Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Leading a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Leading the QA team in the development, documentation, and deployment of a test architecture (methodology, environments, automation, tools, etc.) for ERP and corporate systems.
  • Overseeing the development of test plans, test automation, as well as the inspection and testing of systems at various stages of development to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on quality data to identify trends and take proactive measures to address potential quality issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance or engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a systems development environment, ideally with corporate systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to quality assurance, with the ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
