Production Support Specialist for Investment Banking Applications

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced technical professional to serve as the primary contact for our front office and middle office applications in Investment Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and incident management, troubleshooting and issue resolution, documentation and knowledge management, and change management and release support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to system alerts, incidents, and user-reported issues, investigating and analyzing incidents to determine their root causes, and providing timely updates to stakeholders on the status of ongoing incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications, databases, and integrations, coordinate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements, and maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and changes in the production environment.

- Create and update support documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
