Job Opportunity

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services.
  • Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
  • Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction"
  • Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
  • Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
  • Other responsibilities include o Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products o Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck o Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment

Required Background

  • MBA/ CFA/ CA
  • 2-8 years of experience in the Investment banking space
  • Experience of working Investment banking projects.
  • Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements, Target identification, Trading and Transaction comp, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis, Pitch book / IM support and company profiles.
  • Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries Bespoke Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support
  • Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
