Job Title: Document Production Specialist - Investment Banking

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Production Specialist to join our team in Investment Banking. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pitchbooks, infographics, and other materials that meet the highest standards of our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formatting and Publishing: You will be responsible for formatting all pitchbooks using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, adhering to our established house style at all times.
  • Content Creation: You will create other material such as infographics, ensuring high-quality output and meeting client deadlines.
  • Final Formatting Checks: You will conduct final formatting checks to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Communication and Liaison: You will liaise with clients and internal team members to determine deadlines, job instructions, and design requirements.
  • Adhering to Work Processes and Timelines: You will adhere to our work processes and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordination and Communication: You will coordinate and communicate with onshore analysts and respond to any publication-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in formatting and publishing: You must have experience in formatting and publishing documents, particularly in the financial services industry.
  • Expert Working Knowledge in MS Office Applications: You must have expert working knowledge in MS office applications, especially PPT, Word, and Excel.
  • Working Knowledge on Adobe Suite and Visual Basic Macros: You must have working knowledge on Adobe suite and visual basic macros.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to Coordinate and Track Publishing Schedules: You must be able to coordinate and track publishing schedules to meet client deadlines.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently to produce quality work.
  • Keen Attention to Detail: You must have keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Ability to Engage with Senior Resources: You must be able to engage with senior resources for formatting processes.
