Job Title: Vistex Rebates Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to design and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.

  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims, applying Vistex best practices to ensure successful implementation.
  • Integration is key: you will ensure seamless integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on best practices and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Documentation and testing are crucial: you will create blueprints, design specifications, and manage the entire testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Troubleshooting and support are essential skills: you will debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Finally, you will provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.
Required Skills & ExperienceVistex Proficiency:
  • In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.
  • Familiarity with SAP backend tables and ability to perform configuration, minor developments, or debugging.
SAP SD Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and understanding of its integration with Vistex.
Business Understanding:
  • Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.
