Transfer Pricing Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the position of Transfer Pricing Associate. This key role involves leading and managing transfer pricing projects, training and mentoring junior team members, and conducting benchmarking analyses.

  • Manage transfer pricing projects with expertise in international transactions, FAR analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on transfer pricing matters and provide guidance as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and study reports.
  • Apply knowledge of tax litigation, case law interpretation, and argument presentation before Transfer Pricing Officers (TPO/DRP/ITAT).
  • Support audit processes by preparing necessary forms and documents.
  • Ensure compliance through filing various transfer pricing forms.
  • Analyze and apply international tax rules and regulations.
  • Stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE, catering to a global clientele.
  • Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance.
  • Contribute to client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research abilities, along with proficiency in data analysis using MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis is highly desirable.

A degree in CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com, coupled with at least two years of experience in Transfer Pricing, is highly preferred. We welcome applications from professionals with a blend of tax or consulting experience and practical TP exposure.
