Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the design process, leading a team of designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of design principles, and experience in project management.

Job Description

The Business Manager - Design will oversee the design process for 12 to 15 projects per month. This involves managing the productivity and work output of a team of 6 to 10 designers, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the productivity and work output of a team of designers
  • Customer Experience and Relationship Management
  • Ensure output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer Rating)
  • Training Designers on technical details (Wherever required)
  • Managing/leading design discussions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors Qualification preferably B. Arch, B. Interior Design
  • Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management
  • 3+ year's experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management)
