Job Highlights

  • Lead a team in conducting HAZOP studies and implementing safety actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of safety systems, including management of change procedures and job safety analysis.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with EHS regulations and conduct regular audits.
  • Prepare safety dashboards, HSE training calendars, and report KPI data to the HSE management team.
  • Conduct monthly HSE meetings, training, and refresher training to plant teams.
  • Support process improvement, energy reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Knowledgeable of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 documentation.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institute.
  • 7-10 years of experience in chemical/petrochemical industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
