Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in conducting HAZOP studies and implementing safety actions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of plant and process safety
  • Ensure 100% compliance with EHS regulations and audits
  • Prepare safety dashboards, HSE training calendars, and report KPI data to the HSE management team
  • Conduct monthly HSE meetings, training, and refresher training to plant teams
  • Support process improvement, energy reduction, and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institute
  • 7-10 years of experience in chemical/petrochemical industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
