Leadership Position:

This high-visibility leadership role will have you working directly with the executive team, partners, and sponsors globally to execute ambitious initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, return on investment, and strategic value.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap for our initiatives.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators, and ensure timely launch.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with partner goals, and ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
