Solar Energy Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tasks related to solar projects, including site assessment, system design, proposal preparation, identifying installers, project execution, and handing over on a day-to-day basis.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in solar power, solar systems, PV design, electrical design, and complete BOS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential solar energy opportunities
  • System Design: Design and develop efficient solar energy systems that meet client requirements
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive proposals for solar energy projects, including costs, timelines, and implementation plans
  • Installer Identification: Identify and evaluate potential solar installers to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Project Execution: Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar energy systems, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Solar Power Expertise: In-depth knowledge of solar power, solar systems, and PV design
  • Electrical Design Skills: Strong understanding of electrical design principles and their application in solar energy systems
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; certifications in solar energy or related fields are a plus
