Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support during mechanical and electrical tasks throughout the commissioning phase of energy storage projects.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact between us and clients on-site, including liaising with subcontractors when necessary.
  • You will collaborate with various professionals to implement a detailed commissioning schedule, working closely with overseas colleagues.
  • You will generate daily and weekly reports, monitoring and addressing any deviations from the planned schedule.
  • You will engage in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, coordinating with professionals from diverse disciplines.
  • You will oversee the installation of energy storage structures to ensure compliance with standards.
  • You will participate in preventive and reactive maintenance activities for energy storage infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in electrical projects (substations, power lines, or LV/MV cables). Experience with energy storage infrastructure (BESS) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of BESS PCS and all related supporting and subcomponents.
  • Solid experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
