Job Title: Electrical Draftsman

The primary function of this role is to design control panels and wiring diagrams, working closely with engineers to ensure high-quality panel integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed panel integration drawings, shop drawings, and wiring connections in compliance with established standards.
  • Perform calculations for actual material requirements as per the latest approved shop drawings.
  • Prepare and share work status reports on a regular basis.
  • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the line manager for timely resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with engineers and incorporate suggestions into drawings to ensure smooth and outstanding quality panels integrations.
  • Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Adhere to standard company engineering procedures and any agreed customer variations to those procedures.
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Foster positive communication and relationship with team members, management, vendors, and clients.
  • Deliver work within assigned deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in a similar field, good knowledge of Eplan, Propanel, P8 Software, Autodesk, and AutoCAD, as well as a Diploma Degree in a relevant field preferably electrical background.
