Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Infrastructure Specialist to join our operations team, responsible for overseeing the installation process and ensuring adherence to established standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Installation Oversight: Monitor the entire installation process at customer sites to guarantee compliance with set protocols.
  • Error Reduction: Ensure seamless installations and minimize error rates by identifying potential issues proactively.
  • Process Deviation Handling: Promptly address deviations related to electrical systems, home automation, and lighting products.
  • Documentation and Metrics: Maintain accurate records of errors noticed and present metrics to stakeholders.
  • Issue Escalation: Structure issue escalation and provide resolutions in a systematic manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational background should include a B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • Ideal experience: 0 to 2 years in the same or a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD.
  • Sound understanding of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
