Job Title: Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced freelance expert to support integration and technical development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle SOA Suite, EBS ISG Web Services, PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Unix shell scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST) for seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts to enhance system functionality.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits) to provide comprehensive human resource management.
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP) for secure data transfer.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity by identifying and mapping configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a strong focus on HRMS.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
