We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Windows Support Chat Process, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex problems and provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support. You will also possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service via chat.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to resolve technical issues and provide a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems
  • Creating a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
