Job Title: Windows Associate Infrastructure Engineer – Global Infrastructure

About the Team:

The Enterprise Mobility team is responsible for building and maintaining the underpinnings of our technology environment. We are a group of passionate product and platform teams committed to delivering high-quality results through continuous delivery.

A Day in the Life:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, automation of operational procedures and processes, research and recommendation of solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, participate in projects, communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively, contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings.

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
