About this role:

We are seeking a talented Growth Analyst to join our team. As a Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, revenue performance, and customer behavior.
  • CALCULATING AND MONITORING KEY GROWTH METRICS INCLUDING CUSTOMER LIFETIME VALUE (LTV), RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI), ROAS, PAYBACK PERIODS, CUSTOMER ACQUISITION COSTS (CAC).
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING ADVANCED ATTRIBUTION MODELS TO MEASURE MARKETING CAMPAIGN EFFECTIVENESS AND OPTIMIZE BUDGET ALLOCATION ACROSS CHANNELS.
  • COLLABORATING WITH DATA ENGINEERS TO DESIGN, OPTIMIZE, AND MAINTAIN DATA PIPELINES PROCESSING APPSFLYER RAW DATA FOR ANALYTICAL PURPOSES.
  • DEVELOPING COMPLEX SQL QUERIES IN SNOWFLAKE EXTRACTION TRANSFORMING ANALYZING LARGE DATASETS FOR GROWTH INSIGHTS.
  • CREATING AND MAINTAINING INTERACTIVE DASHBOARDS IN META BASE VISUALIZING KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS PROVIDING SELF-SERVICE ANALYTICS FOR STAKEHOLDERS.
  • DESIGNING EXECUTING A/B TESTING FRAMEWORKS EVALUATING IMPACT PRODUCT CHANGES MARKETING CAMPAIGNS GROWTH METRICS.
  • PARTNERING CLIENT TEAMS MARKETING PRODUCT FINANCE OPTIMIZING CAMPAIGNS IDENTIFYING GROWTH FEATURES ALIGNING ANALYTICS BUSINESS PLANNING.
  • CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS IDENTIFYING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES BENCHMARKING PERFORMANCE.
  • CREATING PREDICTIVE MODELS FORECASTING USER BEHAVIOR REVENUE PROJECTIONS CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE.
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, complex data manipulation, and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience in Metabase creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics, LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience in A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant, ability to quickly integrate with client teams and deliver results.
