TDM (Test Data Management) Specialist

 

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a TDM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test data management strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement test data management strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TDM solutions

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of enterprise databases and TDM tools

 

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Strong understanding of test data profiling/PII analysis/sensitive field analysis methods
  • Experience in data masking and data provisioning techniques for testing environments
  • Expertise with enterprise databases - IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server
  • Ability to understand current architecture, data flows, and application dependency
  • Proficiency in one or more TDM tools (Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, DataMasque)
  • Experience in integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipeline
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives

Good to Have:

  • Australia banking domain experience
  • Experience working on tools like Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX
  • Mainframe job scheduling tools - OPC, ESP
  • Hands-on experience working in SQL queries
