Enterprise Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced data professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level data management and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and integrate data pipelines and solutions within SAP Datasphere and associated SAP environments.
  • Design logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains for optimal performance.
  • Manage tenant setup, user roles, object- & row-level security, and metadata catalogs for compliance and governance.
  • Connect SAP and non-SAP systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to BI platforms for business insights.
  • Handle content and version control across development, test, and production systems using SAP BW Bridge for seamless migration and lifecycle management.
  • Optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliability for business-critical applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong data modeling skills (SQL, CDS, graph) and proficiency in replication, ETL, task chains.
  • Expertise in security design: roles, scopes, cataloging, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Sales) and experience with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, collaboration, and mentorship capabilities for junior colleagues.
