Job Description:

A Technical Business Analyst will support enterprise data platform operations across process improvement, cloud cost management (FinOps), automation, and infrastructure support. This role offers a flexible time zone working model.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and processes, identify optimization opportunities, and build KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
  • Support FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations. They must be proficient in SQL, Python or R, and have hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.

They should also possess strong skills in data visualization tools and knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.

Preferred Skills:
  • Big data analytics platform experience.
  • Advanced FinOps or cloud cost management knowledge.
  • Utilities/Energy industry experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or operational excellence frameworks.
  • AWS / FinOps certifications.
