About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Centric Tester to lead our testing initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing.
  • Configure and manage tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with solutions and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document frameworks, best practices, and guidelines for reusability across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica TDM (Test Data Management), ILM (Information Lifecycle Management), and Persistent Data Masking.
  • Knowledge of Integration, Data Quality, PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
  • Proficiency in sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of Developer, Metadata Manager, and Model Repository Service.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and migration testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
