Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned product strategist to drive customer growth through innovative, data-driven initiatives and experiments.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic consulting with hands-on B2C product execution, leveraging insights from structured experimentation and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies through product-focused initiatives and experiments
  • Design and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
  • Lead A/B testing and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas
  • Present actionable insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred
  • 4-6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (e.g., credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) or 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB)
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python)
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

A key component of this role is developing and executing customer growth strategies through product-led initiatives and experiments. This includes designing and scaling rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities to optimize performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.

You will also lead A/B testing and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas and present actionable insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.
